Multiple window instances in window quicklists

When closing keepassx and restarting I get multiple window instances shown in unity-window-quicklists which I have installed.

Since I can't find a similar behaviour with any other application I think that the problem exists more probably in keepassx (probably trying to restore a previous window + creating a new one).

When I close keepassx all window instances are gone and when I restart it I get one additional window instance in window quick list for each new start (see attachment). keepassx task only running once and when I close the keepassx window the task is really gone in task manager.
