unhandled ArgumentException on exit

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a terminal window

2. Start Keepass2 from command line

$ keepass2

3. After startup, close Keepass2 with the File/Exit menu option.

4. Upon exit, the attached exception stacktrace is written to the terminal.

As it says in the upstream bug report, this is a Mono bug, not a KeePass bug.
