Bug Description

Once Kdocker has been launched (and the user is given a crosshair cursor to select the window to dock) there is now way to abort the action. I tried the all the sensible possibilities I could think of: escape, backspace, delete, q, c. None worked. Using kdocker-4.5-1 on Ubuntu 11.10.
