Bug Description
When you open or start a new file, in the menu go to Editor -> Tools -> Highlighting.
If it's the first time you navigated into that menu, the "Scientific" and "Scripts" menu items both have "S" as accessor key (that it, you'd press ALT+S to access one of those menues).
If you close the Highlighting menu and then go into it again, now the accessor on "Scripts" has changed to proper "r".
This bug essentially makes it practically impossible to specify any type of "Scripts" highlighting using keyboard alone.
