Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdesudo

Running an LTSP server on Kubuntu 8.04 i can't run any X applications as root (or as any other user) from a client using kdesudo
All apps terminate with X Connection error
Using sudo works fine (even for some X Apps)

This fails:
$ kdesudo kate
kate: cannot connect to X server localhost:11.0
$ kdesudo -u foobar kate
kate: cannot connect to X server localhost:11.0
$ kdesudo synaptic
(synaptic:31719): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: localhost:11.0

This works:
$ sudo synaptic

Confirmed with latest kdesudo version on 8.04.1.
