Bug Description

I login to the Hardy machine with the command "ssh -X <email address hidden>". Now I can't start applications with kdesu like "kdesu kate". The error message is this:

X11 connection rejected because of wrong authentication.
kate: cannot connect to X server localhost:10.0

Using "gksu kate" instead works.

I am encountering the same issue. Thanks for the tip on using "gksu". I had thought I was up a creek w/o a paddle.

Looks like this is still an issue on Jaunty, with kdesudo. There is no kdesu.distrib or kdesudo.distrib on Jaunty.
