Bug Description

If one wants to allow to run apps as root it needs to change /etc/sudoers and add NOPASSWD, i.e.:

%sudo ALL= NOPASSWD: ALL

but if instead a space isnt provided between = and NOPASSWD, i.e.:

%sudo ALL=NOPASSWD: ALL
or
%sudo ALL=NOPASSWD:ALL

then kdesudo will fail to correctly recognise the format and for example when running dolphon as root will NOT be possible to run KDE applications from it, it will prompt a samll window showing some like "KDEInit could not launch 'kwrite'" when double clicking in text files.
Though will continue to run non-KDE applications.
