Bug Description

Binary package hint: umbrello

When i run Ubmrello or Opera or Skype, I get the following error printed on the terminal. The application however opens up fine and works well too. Any idea why this error is printed?

Thanks for your report.
A workaround to remove the "X Error: BadDevice" warnings may be to comment out the lines:

        InputDevice "stylus" "SendCoreEvents"
        InputDevice "cursor" "SendCoreEvents"
        InputDevice "eraser" "SendCoreEvents"

in /etc/X11/xorg.conf

As for the other errors, could you check whether they appear for different applications or just for a particular one? Then, could you open a new bug report with your findings? Thanks.
