krunner "mail to" not there anymore when typing the name of a contact

Binary package hint: kdeplasma-addons

When starting krunner and writing the name of a contact, the only option returned is opening the v-card file with kate. Since the mail plugin is enabled by default - I checked - there should also be the option of sending an mail to this contact.

I'm on a fresh install of Kubuntu Maverick adm64. I have the kubuntu-ppa repository enabled.
