Bug Description
To resolve bug #1046437 the news plasmoid was renamed to org.kde.news-qml which now breaks compatibility with (for example) plasma-netbook which rightfully expects it to be called 'news'. This in general represents a compatibility break with upstream naming and therefore should be undone.
[Test Case]
* grep -r PluginInfo-Name /usr/share/
[Regression Potential]
None. Bug #1046437 will be resolved through a more appropriate course of action.
