Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdepimlibs5

Apparantly this file: /usr/lib/kde4/lib/kde4/kio_ldap.so is in two packages - kdepimlibs5 and kde4base, so we get this error when trying to upgrade:

root@thiruvat-ubu:/home/thiruvat# apt-get install kdepimlibs5

The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:

The database also apparently becomes corrupted and suggests running apt-get install -f. But that fails to work.

dpkg-query shows kde4base as the owner of the contended file:

root@thiruvat-ubu:/home/thiruvat# dpkg-query -S /usr/lib/kde4/lib/kde4/kio_ldap.so
kde4base: /usr/lib/kde4/lib/kde4/kio_ldap.so

As you would expect, `apt-get -f install` cannot remedy the situation:
