Bug Description

This what I did before the crash happened.

1. Wrote an email.
2. Pressed Ctrl-Enter to send it, Compose window has grayed out
3. It took several minutes for KMail to send the email (actually the progress stuck at 0%) and I aborted it; Compose window remained disabled.
4. I tried to close the Compose window, after that KMail crashed.
