I have often found times where I have sent out an email and then have though of extra information that I would have like to append to the original email. So I go to my sent items click on forward and copy in the people from the text that was added when I clicked on forward, add my detail and send again. I propose a button to go along with forward and reply called 'append' which does all mentioned earlier at once. (why is their a reply button with sent mails? This serves no purpose and so the toolbar should be contextually aware and replace reply with 'append') |
