kmail corrupts Subjects without encoding

Binary package hint: kdepim

I'm running in a German locale.

Subjects that have encoding, are corrupted and displayed as chinese characters. See attached screenshot.

The file /home/andreas/.kde/share/apps/kmail/imap/.1492368732.directory/INBOX contains for example, which probably correspond to the first two displayed messages in the attached screenshot:

This happens btw against my local dovecot imapd, and against Gmail imap too.

Another tidbit: pressing reply, gives a correctly encoded (ASCII) Subject line in the compose window.

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more effective debugging.
