"Help" button in "Configure - Akregator" window returns error message

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdepim

Akregator 1.5.1, Ubuntu 9.10

1. Launch Akregator.
2. Choose "Settings" > "Configure Akregator".
3. In the "Configure - Akregator" window, click the "Help" button.

What happens:
* The "KDE Help Centre" opens to a page saying "There is no documentation available for /akregator/preferences.html."
* An error alert appears: "The file or folder help:/akregator/preferences.html#general-lookup does not exist."

What should happen: A page of useful help appears.
