Bug Description
Binary package hint: ktimetracker
I've just installed ktimetracker and started it. The "Clock" and "Task" menus are empty. I added a new task but it didn't change anything.
Right-clicking on the new task also displays an empty contextual menu.
I'm running ubuntu netbook remix karmic beta. It was a new install, not an upgrade.
$ apt-cache policy ktimetracker

As a side note, forcefully installing (dpkg -i --force-all) ktimetracker 4.3.1-0ubuntu6 'fixes' the problem. I guess it must be a packaging issue.
I can be bothered to debug this if you need me to.
I'm running Kubuntu 9.10 amd64 updated daily.
Cheers!
