kleopatra certification of keys results: Error: General Error

Bug Description
The summary window
1) open kleopatra
2) right click key to sign
3) certify certificate
4) click on user ID to certify
5) verify "I have verified" him
6) next
7) either option at the next point (certify only for myself/for everyone/with or without network, doesn't matter which key to sign with, tried rsa/non rsa keys).
8) it asks for password but before it even asks the window displays
"Certify Certificate:
Summary:
Signed user IDs: blahblah
Selected secret key: blahblah
The certificate could not be certified. *Error*: General Error."
