Bug Description
Hi,
I have some issues with KMail and GPG.
My setup would require to send mails encrypted by default (Just the button activated in the mail editor would be sufficient for my needs). But since this option is not available, I decided that the option "Warn before sending unencrypted messages" (I'm using it in german, in german it's "Vor dem Versand unverschlüsselter Nachrichten warnen") in Settings > Security > Various would be OK for my needs.
Sadly, this option seems not to do anything. If I open a new mail and don't change the kryptography settings, the Mail is sent without a warning. The correct behaviour should be that I get warned and have the possibility to return to the composer window.
