Akregator can not display feed titles with an apostrophe (i.e. ') in the title

Bug Description
Whenever a feed is fetched that contains an apostrophe character in the title ('), it is not displayed. Instead, some type of characters are replaced in it's stead. For example here is a feed from my local newspaper's RSS feed:
"Woody Allen’s ‘Rome’ is so-so
Date:Yesterday 11:59 PM
By Michael Phillips Chicago Tribune If it’s a zinger capped by the phrase “leper colony,”
