akonadi_imap_resource crashes on startup and restart

akonadi_imap_resource worked well until a few hours after I upgraded with `apt-get upgrade`. The upgrade required a reboot. The crash appeared before I rebooted. The crashing persisted after the reboot.

I don't know if this is related or not, but I installed docker.io this morning before I made the upgrade.

IMAP account has Inbox with subdirectories.
IMAP url is fastsurf.us. All other IMAP accounts work OK.
