The Chinese version of kdenlive lacks the maximize button, but the English version has it

As described in the title, when I open the Chinese version of kdenlive, the maximize button disappears, and there are only two buttons (minimize, close) in the upper right corner instead of the normal three. After switching the language to English, the problem disappeared and everything worked fine. After switching back to Chinese again, the problem still exists.
