Kdenlive depends on knotify4.desktop in kde-runtime

When clicking on 'Discover the features of this Kdenlive release' in the 'Config Wizard', it tries to launch 'knotify4.desktop', which is in the package kde-runtime-data, but kdenlive does not depend on it.

$ kdenlive
kdenlive(5784): Couldn't start knotify from knotify4.desktop: "Could not find service 'knotify4.desktop'."

kde-runtime-data: /usr/share/kde4/services/knotify4.desktop

As kde-runtime-data only contains the .desktop file, not the actual binary it depends on kde-runtime, which itself depends on kde-runtime-data.
