Bug Description

I was working on kdenlive correctly with out any problem in ubunt 13.04 x32

when I use Ubuntu13.04 x64 unity and install kdenlive form software center but I can't open clip that has an Arabic name , or in a folder written in Arabic and when I write a title clip in Arabic and render a video .. I find no thing.
now I have Ubuntu 13.04 x64
 and
kdenlive 0.9.6

run: `kdeinit4` then try kdenlive again
