Bug Description
Binary package hint: kopete
kopete allows you to add xmpp accounts to it without installing the kopete-gcall package, but then generates error messages along the lines of "could not start the process googletalk-call, please check your installation of kopete" and then becomes very unstable. The error messages and instability cease cease after installing the kopete-gcall package, which is suggested by kopete, but not a recommendation or dependency.

Solution: get rid of the warning dialogs.
Additionally from what I see in the code it also still needs to be integrated with kubuntu- notification- helper. On that note I might also added that the message from knh only ought to be sent when/if the user has a jabber account.
