Kopete doesn't listen the keyboard if use auto away

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kopete

Auto away is on and I chat with an MSN user. While I am typing a message and the away time is up the kopete set the state to idle. But move the mouse the state will be online again.

I have the same problem with kopete 0.12.7 and kubuntu 7.10 gutsy i386.
It seems that this bug appeared several months ago.
It's reported also in the kde bug tracking system: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136549
but all the people who reported the bug there were using the ubuntu package, so it's likely that the problem is inside the package

Works in Kopete 0.50.80 in Intrepid.
