Bug Description
Bug description:
Since KDE 4.3 (apparently) Kopete uses the global shortcut Ctrl+Shift+I to open unread messages. The very same shortcut is used by Kate (non-global) to unindent an indented line.
So, if there is an unread message in Kopete and the user tries to unindent a line in Kate at the very same time, the line will stay the same but instead the global shortcut from Kopete kicks in and the unread message gets opened.
Report's description:
After upgrading to karmic, kopete took control of the CTRL+SHIFT+I key binding which is already assigned to Kate by default. Kate and Kopete are both installed by standard on Kubuntu, so i dont they they should have a conflicting key binding.
Thanks.

Hi there!
Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. But don't worry! This issue is being tracked by the KDE developers at: https:/ /bugs.kde. org/show_ bug.cgi? id=224738 . Once fixed in KDE, it will be included in Kubuntu once the KDE version the fix is in in reaches Kubuntu.
Thanks!
