Bug Description
Kubuntu 6.06 Live
On running kppp the user receives an error message that resolv.conf is missing from /etc. [console, touch /etc/resolv.conf]
After successful configuration of an ISP and modem in kppp it errors out with return code 1. User is directed to /usr/share/
User shouldn't have to create empty files or amend obscure text files which have been set up to ensure their modem won't work.
