Wrong phone number for UKFSN ISP

Bug Description

The wizard in kppp has several prepared phone numbers of a collection of ISP's. One of them is UKFSN, of which is my ISP.

I noticed the phone number is wrong (in fact, a very old one no longer used) - 08456651575

This needs correcting.
