Bug Description
After upgrading to kopete 3.4.0, I am not able anymore to send messages with the
SMS protocol (using the smssend backend). Clicking on a contact gives an "User
is not reachable message" and tells me to wait until the user is online. This is
certainly unappropriate for the SMS protocol: offline sending should be allowed
(as it was up to 3.3) or kopete should pretend a SMS contact to be always online.

I resolved it in the KDE CVS, the fix will be available with KDE 3.4.1
