When attempting to install kdelibs-data, fails with this output:

guys, please fix this very very fast - is nothing else helps with removing the update from hoary-security! This bug breaks *every* kubuntu on the very first update run (and I guess get's 99% or the users to move back to their old system)! There are other things destroyed too. This script seams to fix most of the damage:
