Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdelibs4-dev
I want to compile both KDE4 and KDE 3 programs and thus need both kdelibs5-dev and kdelibs4-dev. Currently kdelibs5-dev is installed, and when try to use synatic to install kdelibs4-dev it wants to remove a bunch of files.

This is problematic for anyone wishing to be able to develop kde3 and kde4 applications side by side. Not to mention, someone attempting to port a kde3 application to kde4. This seems like a severe/critical bug to me.
