Okular doesn't print last page

Bug Description
Okular doesn't print a whole PDF file, the last page isn't printed. If a document has n pages Okular only prints pages 1 to (n-1).
This happens on several (probably all) PDF files and Adobe Reader prints these documents correctly.
As Okular will be the standard PDF viewer for Kubuntu Intrepid this shouldn't happen.

I forgot to mention two things:
- This also happens if I try to print the last page seperate (for example: Printer range from 13 to 13 in the printer dialog).
- I've tried this with the KDE 4.1 packages from PPA but I'm nearly sure that this happened me before using KDE 4.0 Packages from Hardy. But I used KDE 4.0 not very often and this was some time ago.
