Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdegames

Since the update to natty the game became very sluggish, and obvious rendering errors are encountered, eg. the bonus symbols on the left are not drawn at all, some cleared blocks stay visible but can be passed anyway, the "cannon" extra doesn't propel the bomb two squares away, only one, and the scoreboard only shows text, no symbols, ie stars. The Game worked perfectly on Maverick.

sorry, I should add: This is normal ubuntu, not kubuntu, running Unity.

This is probably not because of unity because it also lag under gnome.
Also, I found that the toolbar of granatier is not same as the toolbar of other games. The theme of the toolbar of other kde games is kde, which is colored by silver, while the theme of the toolbar of granatier is gnome, which can be chose in System->Appearance. Don't know if it cause this bug.

Here is the output. Don't know is it help.

Using Phonon for sound. OpenAL provides a better sound experience. Consider building Granatier with OpenAL.
granatier(29110)/kdecore (KConfigSkeleton) KCoreConfigSkeleton::writeConfig:
granatier(29110) Phonon::KdePlatformPlugin::createBackend: using backend: "Xine"
