[FFe] Update to latest upstream version

Bug Description

This software connects Android phones to the Kubuntu Desktop. It is under constant development upstream, with features being added all the time. Many people such as myself use the latest git snapshot of the software, but I do feel that Xenial should also provide the latest version (0.9) in the archive. I would like request a Freeze Exception to provide the latest snapshot in Xenial.

I want to mention that current archive version (0.8) does not allow to browse phone through Dolphin (15.12.x). This is fixed in newer kdeconnect version mentioned by Clive.
