kdebluetooth4 crashes when unplugging and replugging logitech dinovo bluetooth adaptor

When KDE starts up the logitech DiNovo keyboard and mouse are unresponsive so I unplugged the usb dongle and plugged it back in which caused kdebluetooth to crash.
