mouse scrolling in dolphin's column mode jumps by a page instead of the 3 lines set in the systemsettings

After upgrade to natty the scrolling behaviour in column mode has changed in dolphin. The scroll advances by a full page up and down instead of what is set in the system settings (confirmed with a fresh user account). Scrolling in other views and firefox is as before
