It doesn't look like your Zip drive was inserted during the installation, only your Maxtor hard disk, so there's no way the installer could have known to set it up. I'm reassigning (by guesswork; I might be slightly wrong) to kdebase; it's likely some component of KDE is putting the icon on the desktop, and should also deal with mounting it properly. |
