Bug Description
When an app is run in superuser mode, via gksu or kdesu, the users ~/.fonts.conf file is not used. If ~/.fonts.conf is copy/linked to /root/.fonts.conf for /etc/fonts/
To reproduce, open System - Preferences - Font menu and change the antialiasing to something obviously different from the default. Run gksudo gedit (or whatever) and notice the antialiasing. Does it use the default aa settings? Now run sudo gedit -- the custom antialiasing profile is used, unlike with gksu. Why is this?
This affects both gksu and kdesu, so I don't think it is a bug with either of them.

There is already bug #24280 for gksu, reassigning that one to kdebase for kdesu
