bluetooth:/ is a "Malformed URL"

Bug Description

Difficult to know which package this bug should be filed against - I suspect kdelibs might in fact be the root cause.

Basically, entering "bluetooth:/" as a URL in Konqueror brings up an error message:

"Malformed URL bluetooth:/"

Interestingly, the bluetooth icon is correctly displayed next to the URL. The kdebluetooth kio_slave does not function. This appears to be a very recent bug, quite possibly being introduced between KDE 3.5.1 and 3.5.2, as theorised in this thread, which might contain useful information for developers:

http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=155117

A workaround of sorts is provided in the thread but is not very useful, particularly as clicking on the kdebluetooth system tray icon opens a konqueror instance opened at the troublesome "bluetooth:/" URL.

Hope this is enough info; if not, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Cheers,
Simon

Affects my dapper with kde 3.5.2 too. With 3.5.1 on same dapper it worked like a charm.

This should be changed to confirmed, I also have this on the latest dapper code (4/25/06), where it has worked fine in breezy 3.5.1.

Yep my dapper flight5, updated as of today also has this bug. The sdp:// type URL also has this bug.

There seems to be a patch in the kde bugs forum against this bug.
Is it possible for the kubuntu admins to prepare an upgrade which embeds this patch? This bug seems to me quite severe.
