Bug Description

I'm using kde 3.5.2, Kubuntu Breezy.

In Configure menu of Konsole, when choosing "Configure Konsole...". The windows says that it was impossible to find the specified konsole's library : kcm_konsole.la

I tryed a "slocate kcm_konsole.la" and the file is missing from my disk... Others people with kde 3.5.2 have the same problem.

I heard the same comment on irc from another user running breezy+3.5.2. On two separate dapper machines, the file exists as expected.
