I see in the KDE bug that the bug "looks" fixed. I'll close this then. If it no longer look that way for some reason, please feel free to reopen it :) |

Happened again. Trash said it was empty, but there was a bunch of stuff in ~/.local/Trash/files. Deleting the files with konqueror puts them right back, and makes the trash can full. Emptying it has no effect on the files. |

can you run:
ls -la ~/.local/share/Trash/files
and either paste the result, or tell us what the permissions on those files and directories are?
ie, it should look something like:
-rw------- 1 sarah sarah 160 2006-09-03 20:55 away.log

The workaround is to rm all the files in ~/.local/share/Trash/ from the command line. |
