[Dapper] KPrintManager - does not accept valid sudo password

Bug Description

Printmanager dialog, clicking on "print server" and then "configure server" brings up an authorization dialog which will not accept either a valid sudo user nor the root user.

i got the same error, i think it has something to do with the bug filed under #29638

iirc this is not linked to sudo. People in the lpadmin group should be able to log in to admnistrate the server and it's currently not possible.
