Bug Description
I upgrade my system with kubuntu packages from kde3.5 to 3.5.1. Then, Keyboard Layout settings comes with empty list and options.
When I right-click keyboard layout icon on the systray, I see the flags of my old options, but not the names. I am unable to add or modify any keyboard layout option.
The console error is:
kcmshell: WARNING: KLocale: trying to look up "" in catalog. Fix the program
