Bug Description
After upgrading from KDE 3.5 to 3.5.1 using the repository at Kubuntu site, keyboard layouts are no longer available. In particular, I am no longer able to use US keyboard with deadkeys.
Other keyboard layouts simply do not appear in the list of options in System Settings -> Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard Layout. This was not a problem in KDE 3.5.0.
Others have reported same problem in Ubuntuforums.org
