Thanks for reporting this. Does this crash occur every time you launch konsole or did it only happen once?

It would crash every time Konsole was launched. Interestingly, it did not crash when embedded in another application like Dolphin. The problem seems to have resolved itself after an update, so it may have just been due to a broken package.
