Are you using amd64?
In any case, please try in terminal:
sudo apt-get install konqueror kdebase-runtime kdelibs5 libkonq5 kdebase-data konqueror-nsplugins
and attach the output to this bug |

and attach the output to this bug |
Apparently some very low level package is broken everywhere but 32 bit. You can continue forcing the installation of the failing packages until you get to the root of the problem, so that I can poke some people, or you just wait until they fix it without me poking them ;-) |
