dolphin doesn't show well the characters in a usb device with fat32 file system

Bug Description

Binary package hint: dolphin-kde4

Dolphin shows strange characters when I connect my usb device with vfat file system even it say me that my folder doesn't exist.

a) I guess the characters work when the device is plugged into a Windows machine?
b) what steps exactly did you take to mount the device?

Yes.

1. Connect my usb device
2. When appears the widget "Devices recently pugged" I click on the
icon of my device and then open Dolphin.
