KNotify crashed and caused signal 11 (SIGSEGV)

Bug Description

It happened while using Ubuntu 8.04 on an AMD 3200+ 64bit
While opening amarok, I got the crash report I am attaching.

Unfortunately, the crash file does not yield the necessary information, since as it is normal, the debug information are missing. Please install the missing packages that provide the necessary debug symbols.

Every official KDE module has an additional package in the repository, suffixed with -dbg. Always install kdelibs-dbg, because all KDE applications use kdelibs. Then you should install a -dbg package for the application which crashed. For example if KOrganizer crashed you should install kdepim-dbg as well.

After installation of those packages, please reproduce the crash and provide the new crash file.
