Bug Description

You cannot change network settings from an XGA display: the window is too tall
for 1024x768 and can't be resized, so administrator mode cannot be clicked or
noticed. There is no drop-down menu for admin mode, so knowing about Alt-M in
advance, or switching to SVGA then back to XGA seem to be the only options.

Why not Alt-Click and drag the window around?

I experienced this also, this is very annoying. thanks for the tip for
Alt-click, but this shouldn't occur in the first place, the window is almost
empty but fill the screen !!

Screenshot of the network control panel

A screenshot showing the problem. There's enough space for more than 10
interfaces which seems a bit excessive, yet the [Administrative], [OK] and
[Cancel] buttons are not visible unless you maximize the window or move it
around a bit.
It's not a big thing but the general appearance is degraded a bit.

Screenshot of the network control panel in kde3.5

A new screenshot from kde3.5. The problem remains when starting the network
configure panel from Menu -> Settings -> Internet & Network -> Network
Settings. Started that way it looks like it did in kde3.4.

Starting it via the Menu -> System Settings -> (Icon for Networks Settings)
makes the problem sligthly worse. This way the buttons are below the "Kicker"
and doesn't show when maximizing the window.
