'New Root Shell' in Konsole does not use sudo

Bug Description

Very simply, the Session -> New Root Shell facility in Konsole asks for a password,
but entering the normal user's login password causes an Auth failure. I can only
assume if I had a root password set, this feature would work perfectly.
